Half Height cupboard HHC

The two door cupboards are manufactured from 0.60 mm prime quality cold rolled coil annealed mild steel conforming to Japanese Industrial specifications JISG 3141 SPCC SD. The thickness increases to approx. 0.70 mm with powder paint.

The swing doors are secured by a 3 way bolting device (2 bolts shooting up and down and 1 bolt shooting to the side) which in turn is secured by a recessed handle cum lock having keys in duplicate.

All units are of multiple bend construction thereby imparting greater rigidity and strength and making then more durable.

Each shelf is placed on five retaining clips, thereby providing additional rigidity and support.

The doors are fitted with heavy duty invisible hinges for security and prevention of tampering from the outside. The internal hinges also enhance the appearance of the cupboards.

The overall depth of the unit is 463 mm and this adds greater versatility to our cupboard, as the unit can be converted at a later stage into a lateral filing cupboard, if required.

Legs are manufactured from 1mm thickness prime quality cold rolled coil annealed mild steel. Length of each leg will be 100 mm (4”).

All components undergo a multiple stage chemical cleaning process. Each unit is thereafter powder painted and the paint application is achieved through electrostatic means for uniform paint coverage and close adhesion of the paint film.
